How Neon Dodge handles information — in plain language, before you go anywhere near the grid.
Neon Dodge is a single-player arcade game. It does not require an account, a login, or a name, email address, or phone number to play. This policy explains the little that the app does collect, what our advertising partner collects on its own behalf, and the choices available to you.
Neon Dodge does not ask you to create a profile and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, or any other personal information to let you play.
| Category | Collected by the app? |
|---|---|
| Name, email, phone number | Not collected |
| Location | Not collected |
| Photos, contacts, files | Not collected |
| In-game scores, levels, settings | Stored locally on your device only — see below |
Your high scores, level progress, and in-game settings are saved in a local database on your own phone. This information:
Neon Dodge shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the game free. AdMob is operated by Google and, like most ad services, may collect information such as your advertising ID, general device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and app interaction data in order to serve and measure ads — including personalized ads, unless you've limited ad tracking on your device.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, not ours. We don't receive or see the raw data Google collects — we only see aggregate performance reports.
You can read more about how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's main Privacy Policy.
Consent for personalized ads (UMP regions only). In countries and regions where Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) applies — including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions where consent is required for personalized advertising — you will see a consent form when you first open the app. On that form you can choose to allow personalized ads or to receive non-personalized ads instead. If you are in a UMP region, you can later revoke, change, or give consent again at any time from the app's Settings page (Privacy / Ad consent options). The in-app consent form and Settings control apply only in UMP countries; they are not shown where consent is not required under applicable law.
Outside those regions, and as an additional control everywhere, you can limit ad personalization in your device settings (for example Settings → Privacy → Ads or Settings → Google → Ads). Declining personalized ads means you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized to your interests.
| Permission | Why it's used |
|---|---|
| INTERNET | Required so ads can be requested and displayed |
| ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | Lets the ad SDK check for a network connection before requesting an ad |
| AD_ID | Lets AdMob use your device's advertising ID for ad delivery and measurement |
Neon Dodge does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage permissions.
Neon Dodge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it. Because ads are served by a third party, parents of younger players may want to review Google's guidance on ads and children's privacy directly.
Because gameplay data stays on your device rather than on our servers, retention and deletion are largely in your control through your device settings. We take reasonable measures within the app to avoid unnecessary data handling in the first place — the simplest safeguard is collecting as little as possible.
We may update this policy as the app evolves — for example, if a future version adds new features. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
